If you got free shipping, then the shipping value will be charged to your credit card on file. 

We will send you instructions on where to return the item along with a Return Authorization number. You are solely responsible for returning the item in proper condition to our return address. Therefore we encourage you to pack it appropriately and get it insured at the post office.
