Payment Methods
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Buy Now” button next to the item and determining the quantity. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners and American Express for all online orders. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipping your order, which is typically within 3-4 business days.

Order Status
You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of your online order via email. You will also receive an order status update within 7 days from when your order via email. Princeton Bags will not be responsible for not being able to contact you in the case of wrong email address provided by you at the time of placing an order.
Sales Tax
All New Jersey Residents are subject to a 7% Sales Tax for all purchases made within the state of NJ.

Returns
& Claims
You have the right to return any item purchased on this site within 30 business days from the date the item was shipped by us. In order for us to accept the return, the item must be unused and returned with all its original packaging. You must also include a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.
Before you return any item, contact us at care@princetonbags.com
for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to
send the item. You will be responsible for the item till it
reaches us, so we strongly encourage you to pack the item with
utmost care and insure it. Return shipping charges are also your
responsibility. If a refund is due to you, we will subtract
the original shipping charges before processing the refund. If you
got Free Shipping, then the actual shipping charges will be
subtracted from your refund total.
You may request a replacement item instead of the returned item. All
shipping and handling charges and any price difference will be
extra. Free Shipping is not available for replacement orders.

Warranty Claims
All items are covered by manufacturer warranty.
If you have received a defective article, please notify us within 72 hours after receiving the article. You will need to write to
care@princetonbags.com. We will provide you with a “call tag” and allow you to return the item to our warehouse at our cost.
However, after the first 72 hours from the time you received and signed for the item, you will need to call the manufacturer directly to process all warranty claims. Typically most manufacturer’s have a 60 day to a 1 year limited warranty. Please write to
care@princetonbags.com for manufacturer contact information.

All contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user (anyone shopping on this site or visiting our site) is used solely for the purpose of completing the order or provide you with information about the company and the products and services offered by us. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. We NEVER sell, rent or otherwise share your personally-identifiable information with any third parties.
If you are a minor, please do not use this site to make any purchase without the supervision of an adult.
